By downloading, installing or using PersonalCapsule, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
PersonalCapsule is a personal journaling application that allows you to record decisions, goals, memories and letters, then revisit them at a later date. The app stores data locally on your device and can optionally sync through Apple iCloud.
User Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in PersonalCapsule. We do not access, view or use your content in any way. You are solely responsible for the content you create within the app.
In-App Purchases
PersonalCapsule offers a free tier with a limited number of capsules. A one-time lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited capsule creation. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Data and Backups
PersonalCapsule syncs data through Apple iCloud when available. However, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iCloud issues or any other circumstances. We recommend keeping your device backed up regularly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PersonalCapsule is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or that any defects will be corrected. The app is not a substitute for professional advice in decision-making, mental health or any other domain.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
